The Manager’s Field Guide is for running a team that has someone like you on it.
Both are fillable PDFs — you can type into them and save your answers, or print them and write by hand.
Both are tagged to PDF/UA-1 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and tested with VoiceOver. They work with screen readers, and the form fields are labeled so you can tab through them and know what each one is asking. Accessibility remediation by Mariano Caino, Finder.
